Wish Bone is a collaboration between restaurateurs Naomi Hart and husband Gregory Llewellyn (original creators of acclaimed eatery Hartsyard) with Blair "Moog" Joscelyne and Marty Mulholland, creators of Mighty Car Mods - one of the worlds most successful automotive series with over 500 million views on YouTube and airing worldwide in Discovery Channel. Together, they teamed up to bring fun, efficient and delicious US themed comfort food to the inner-west precinct of Sydney.
